Today has been the most wonderful day. The boys turn FOUR YEARS OLD for crying out loud! They have been celebrating all day long.

Starting with the doctor at Children’s Hospital (just a specialist appointment, nothing to worry about) giving Milo an enormous bag of presents (hospital policy – if a kid is in the hospital for ANY REASON on their birthday they get presents) to lunch at the restaurant of their choice, Red Robin, to their awesome new Plasma Cars to their cupcakes….  it has been a day-long celebration. Their special lunch was followed up by a song and ice cream!

After they came home from playschool the most amazing boquet was awaiting them!

Then after nap we celebrated with cupcakes!

It is important to note that the plate in this picture is the same plate that Elizabeth and I used  to get OUR special things on… like birthdays, graduation, and special stuff like that. I am overjoyed that I get to carry that tradition with the boys.
