Jennifer has carried on the tradition of sending fabulous daily mails to Dave and me telling us what the three of them have been up to while we were gone. I especially like it when she sends photos. Especially when they are this awesome!
Jennifer said: This morning was BEAUTIFUL and we took a push bike out. The boys took turns pushing and riding all over the nieghborhood. We saw a muscle car and the boys were saying that mommy would love it and it is her favorite.
Levi walked right into a telephone pole and thought it was HILARIOUS so every time we walked past a telephone pole each boy would walk right up into it. They were CRACKING UP. It was really really funny!
Yesterday was my birthday and, coincidentally, the boys have just started to really enjoy singing “happy birthday”. Levi particularly, will ask to sing it in bed as his nite-nite song. He sings to Mommy, Daddy, Milo, Levi and then others include NanaBappo (as one word), Nonnie, Jen, Tammy, Manny, Uncle Steve, Auntie E, Nora, Thomas and many others. So, they happily agreed when I asked them for an encore so I could record it. Unfortunately the videos are sideways and I don’t know how to change it. So… anyway. Enjoy!
Milo goes first
Levi’s turn
And both guys go for the encore. A little oddly blurry, unfortunately.
As all of you probably know, our amazing nanny, Tamaryn, left us at the end of the year to join her husband in Minnesota. Where she’ll freeze her South African toes off. Anyhow, on her last day we spent the day celebrating and saying goodbye. Here are some photos from the day.
